Annies Burger Shack

One of the things I'm most to support is small and local businesses so you can't imagine how happy I was to help out local Nottingham legend Annie's Burger Shack when they asked me to photograph their premises and new burger earlier in the year for an article in GQ magazine.
The burger was the Hoisin Burger and I could hardly contain myself at the smell while I worked!
It's their handformed burger patty topped with Chinese style duck, a pancake, crispy seaweed, hoisin sauce and spring onions but the best part for me as a non meat-eater is that they also do it in Veggie and Vegan options.
So while I didn't get to enjoy the burger at the end of the shoot, I did demolish the wedges...
